Entity Formation Package

$350 plus state fees

Includes: conference with attorney to select best entity and s-corp election issues; efile instant filing of formation documents; corporate minute book with Bylaws/Operating Agreement, initial written consent of Board of Directors/Manager, Share/Unit Ledger; and s-corp election form and instructions.  Additional hourly fee may apply if custom control/compensation/etc. structure is requested during initial conference.  (Florida state fees are $78.75 for corporation and $130 for LLC’s.)

Solo Package

Our Solo Package is designed for the lawyer starting their own practice.  Value priced, this package will start your firm off right at a low cost!

Includes: Entity Formation Package, 5 page professional website selected from Group A designs; stock or personal photo insertion; easy to use Content Management System to make real-time changes to your website text; and business card design selected from Group A designs.

Standard Package

Includes: Entity Formation Package, 10 page professional website selected from either Group A or Group B designs; stock or personal photo insertion; easy to use Content Management System to make real-time changes to your website text; website search engine optimization; business card selected from Group A and B designs; letterhead and envelope from Group B designs; domain name selection and one year of hosting; two hours of law firm startup consulting covering trust account setup, technology purchases and general questions; consultation with accountant.

Professional Package
